Please note the following eligibility requirements:
- You are 18 to 65
- You are currently employed and have a job to return to
- You are unable to work for physical or mental health reasons
- You have been off work for less than one year
- You reside in one of the four pilot communities: Prince George, Nanaimo, Kelowna, or Vancouver and surrounding areas
- You are legally allowed to work in British Columbia
- You are not in receipt of insured benefits, including WorkSafe BC, ICBC, or Short- or Long-Term Disability coverage through your employer

Why We Collect Your Information
The Reducing Poverty Initiative collects personal information such as your name, date of birth, address, phone number, and email so that we can:
