Employer Involvement:

As an employer, you are a key part of a successful accommodation solution. The Certified Disability Management Professional aims to work collaboratively with both the employer and the employee as part of the return-to-work journey.

The program is offered at no expense to the employer or the employee, to support both parties through a customized approach with the goal of having the employee return to work.

Workplace Program Assessment – access funding for BC workplaces to undertake a free workplace program assessment which provides a global snapshot of their current Disability Management program. The assessment identifies gaps and areas for improvement. Additionally, after completing the assessment, the workplace can apply for funding of up to $7,500 to support efforts to address the issues identified in the assessment.
